The following are some of Atascocita Today's site advertising policies. Please refer to the back of your advertising contract provided by a sales representative for other policies.
Payment must be received in full prior to ad activation for first time clients.
Rates are as published and are subject to change with 30 days notice. Current rates will apply for contract renewals. A minimum contract of $250 is required for banner ads and $100 for text advertising.
Secure access to real-time online ad statistics can be provided upon request. Advertisers must register on the site. An email with final ad impressions and click-throughs will be provided upon the completion of the run of the ad.
Advertising copy that in the judgment of Atascocita Today may be mistaken by a reader as news, a feature, or other non-advertising material, may be clearly marked "advertisement".
Atascocita Today is not responsible for any errors in ads provided by or approved by the client. We reserve the right to reject any ad for any reason.
Advertisers are solely responsible for any information contained in pages to which the visitor is taken from their ad on Atascocita Today. Atascocita Today is not responsible for any advertiser infringements or violations of law. Advertiser warrants all such content will be in full compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
Atascocita Today is not liable for the display of any ad at any given time. Atascocita Today does not guarantee any given level of circulation, distribution, reach or readership for an advertisement. |
